Yesterday I became aware (anew) of the importance of EASE in allowing our best thinking.

EASE, in the Thinking Environment context, is defined as FREEDOM FROM INTERNAL URGENCY. It’s time. It’s focus. It’s deeply personal.

URGENCY has become my paradigm over the lockdown – must learn, must pivot, must remain relevant – all quickly, all urgently (and all perfectly, with excellence, of course). (I believe I’ve shared this mindset with many.)

Thank you Dina Cramer for the Time to Think session yesterday, and the reminder that we do our best independent thinking when we are at EASE, when we operate in an environment of EASE.
